1. What happens after I enroll?
After you enroll, you will receive an email welcoming you and detailing the next steps for your course. You will also receive a private group invite, and bonus pre-course content. If you do not receive this email within 24-48 hours, please contact me directly.
2. When will all of the course content be available?
Before your start date, you will receive an email with your program outline as well as a link to your course portal.
After you create an account on the course portal, you will be able to login and access your course at any time.
You will have unlimited, lifetime access to all course content once it is available in your portal.
3. Where will the programs be held?
A googledrive link containing each video will be sent to you directly, as well as uploaded to your course portal. In addition, I will send you a private Youtube video with subtitles 48 hours after each session. You will also receive a PDF to download your exclusive guidebook.
4. Does this program give me access to 1:1 time?

5. How long will I have access to the program?
Unless otherwise specified, all courses are lifetime access. In addition to your portal which contains all course content, you will also receive access to a googledrive folder containing all course materials. You may duplicate and save this content to your own googledrive, or download it, if you prefer. It is my hope that you will refer back to the content as many times you need or desire for a deeper understanding and new insights on the course work in the future.
6. Are payment plans available?
Yes. Please contact me directly and we can discuss setting up a payment plan specifically tailored to you.
7. Will this course always be offered?
Each round of course enrollment is open and offered until the date specified. After the doors close, you will be able to join a waitlist for the next round of enrollment when I make the course available again.
Most courses are offered once per year.
8. Do you offer refunds?
It is my priority to take your investment very seriously, and I hope that you take the investment of time and resources into your journey seriously too. Due to the nature of the digital courses and content, I do not offer refunds. In certain circumstances, any purchase made may be credited toward an alternative program or service of your choosing.
