1. What happens after I enroll?
After you enroll, you will receive an email welcoming you and detailing the next steps for your course. You will also receive a private group invite, bonus pre-course content, and a calendar link to schedule your 1:1 call, if applicable.
If you do not receive this email within 24-48 hours, please contact us directly.
One week before your start date, you will receive an email with your program schedule, as well as a link to your course portal. After you create an account on the course portal, you will be able to login and access your course at any time.
2. When will all of the course content be available?
When you first login to the course, you will see Section 1, Pre-course content, and an Introduction to your course video available. Once your program begins, the rest of the content and recordings will become available in your course portal as you move through each module.
You will have unlimited, lifetime access to all course content once it is available in your portal.
3. Where will the programs be held?
The content for all of the programs will be housed in your course portal, and the live video training sessions are held on Zoom.
4. If I cannot attend the Live Calls, will the replays be available?
Yes. A googledrive link containing each video will be sent out right after, as well as uploaded to your course portal. We will also send you a private Youtube video with subtitles 48 hours after each session.
5. What happens if I have to miss a couple of days?
Life happens! If you have to miss a couple of days, you’ll still have access to the replays and any recordings. Due to the fact that we keep groups limited, if you do find an ongoing schedule conflict - but are seeking to attend the live sessions - please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
6. Do any of the programs give me access to 1:1 time?
Yes. Currently every program offers one credit for a 50 minute 1:1 Gold Session ($325) included with your enrollment. As a bonus, with every course you will also receive a coupon code for an additional 10% off your next 1:1 session purchase.
7. How long will I have access to the program?
Unless otherwise specified, all courses are lifetime access. In addition to your portal which contains all course content, you will also receive access to a googledrive folder containing all course materials. You may duplicate and save this content to your own googledrive, or download it, if you prefer. It is our hope that you will refer back to the content as many times you need or desire for a deeper understanding and new insights on the course work in the future.
8. Do you offer refunds?
We take your investment very seriously, and we hope that you take our investment of time and resources into you and your journey seriously too. Due to the nature of our courses and content, we do not offer refunds. In certain circumstances, any purchase made may be credited toward an alternative program or service of your choosing. If you have more questions about our refund policy, please review Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
9. Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are offered for all courses. If a payment plan provided here doesn’t work for you, please contact us directly and we can discuss setting one up specifically tailored to you.
10. Do you do the work or create content for me?
No. These courses are based around insight, strategy, consulting, and education; as well as praxis & guidance as you create your own high level assets. If you are interested in working with us to create content or assets for you, please take a look at our Luxury Brand Alchemy package.
11. Will this course always be offered?
Each round of course enrollment is open and offered until the date specified above. After the doors close, you will be able to join a waitlist for the next round of enrollment when we make the course available again. Most courses are offered once per year.
